Reporting a security issue

As a cybersecurity company, RETIS Systems takes the security of its own infrastructure seriously. If you've identified a genuine security vulnerability affecting RETIS Systems' website or infrastructure, we want to hear about it.
How to report
Email info@retistech.com with a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any relevant technical detail. Please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before giving RETIS reasonable time to investigate and respond.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and will follow up as the issue is investigated. Genuine, responsibly-reported findings are taken seriously and treated as a courtesy, not a liability.
What not to do
- Do not access, modify or delete data beyond what's needed to demonstrate the issue
- Do not attempt denial-of-service testing against RETIS infrastructure
- Do not test against systems or data belonging to RETIS clients without their own separate authorisation
